Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Services
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue employment-related documents such as employment certificates, exit certificates, and government-required forms.
- Plan and support HR events.
Onboarding & Orientation
- Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, documentation, and system readiness for new hires.
- Support and conduct new hire orientation sessions and first-day logistics.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and welcome kits.
- Support benefits enrollment activities for new hires and employee life events.
Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare HR reports and data summaries to support analysis, meetings, and presentations.
- Stay informed of changes in local labor laws and support compliance with applicable regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, documentation, and employee experience.
- Maintain awareness of HR trends and best practices.

Talent Acquisition Support
- Provide coordination and administrative support for recruitment activities.
- Gain exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes, supporting sourcing, coordination, and hiring activities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or HR specialist roles.
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition processes.
- Experience supporting HR operations in a multinational or technology-related environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools.
