As a Wealth Product Management Intern, you will support the Canadian Wealth Product team in executing key initiatives that contribute to Broadridge's next-generation digital capabilities in the Wealth Management space.
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how financial technology products are researched, developed, and delivered in the marketplace. You'll collaborate with product managers, technology teams, and business partners to assist with research, analysis, documentation, and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fintech, innovation, and wealth management who wants to gain experience in product development and strategy within a global organization.
Summer Internship: May 2026 - August 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Management team in researching market trends and competitive analysis related to wealth management technology.
- Help document product requirements, user stories, and workflows under the guidance of senior product leaders.
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards showcasing product updates and key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing, finance, operations) to gather and organize information for product initiatives.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and take meeting notes to track action items and deliverables.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve client experiences, product design, and digital capabilities.
- Learn about Broadridge's wealth management platform, its components, and how it integrates with client and partner systems.
- Develop automation & AI product use cases alongside other product leaders
- Support business case creation by gathering data, compiling insights, and benchmarking industry best practices.
- Gain exposure to Agile product development processes and digital innovation in financial services.

Education:
- Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Interest in wealth management, fintech innovation, and product development.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- AI & Automation exposure or training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data tools or project management software is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced product managers.
- Exposure to the wealth management and fintech industries.
- Hands-on experience in product lifecycle activities and strategy development.
- Mentorship and professional development from senior product leaders.

Compensation
- Salary Range:$22.00- $25.00/hour (CAD).Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
