Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Senior Distributed Ledger Repo Product Manager to support growing demand for Broadridge Tokenization initiatives. This role is responsible for defining product vision, translating market and business needs into product requirements, and driving execution in partnership with engineering, marketing, sales, and service delivery teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong solution design capabilities, deep domain and technical expertise, and a proven ability to bring new products and features to market. This individual will serve as the key link between business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring product investments align with customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assess customer needs and market opportunities by analyzing current and future product lines, competitive offerings, and product requirements.
  • Evaluate and prioritize new product ideas, enhancements, and changes based on customer value, market demand, and business impact.
  • Drive new products and features to market by defining product requirements, supporting development programs, and establishing delivery timelines with engineering and service teams.
  • Prepare business cases and return-on-investment analyses to support product decisions and prioritization.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Production, and other stakeholders to develop integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Define product features and roadmap priorities aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Act as the intermediary between market/business requirements and engineering teams, advocating internally for the product and its users.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Support product pricing strategy and operational readiness for launches and ongoing product delivery.
  • Provide solution design guidance and technical domain expertise to support product development and customer adoption.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ tears of financial industry experience across product sales, product management, product strategy and operations in the financial service industry
  • Overall awareness of global capital markets trading, settlement and secured funding operations
  • Excellent communication and writing skills including independent client facing presentations
  • Experience working with Sales, Account Management, Product and Technology teams
  • Collaboration skills including working in complex, matrix organization
  • Ability to work in an unsupervised setting
  • Good Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio skills
  • Previous experience working with distributed ledger blockchain technology, digital or crypto assets is an advantage, but not required
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $175,000.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
