Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software asset lifecycle (procurement to retirement)
• Perform license reconciliation and Effective License Position (ELP) analysis
• Handle vendor audits (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Adobe)
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation
• Optimize license usage and reduce software spend
• Support renewals, true-ups, and budgeting
• Generate compliance and management reports using SAM tools

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of SAM experience in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with USU and/or LIMA (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Oracle, IBM licensing models
• Understanding of cloud licensing (O365, Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with virtualization impact on licensing (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Good analytical and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• SAM certification
• Experience onboarding new SAM tools.

Education :

Any Graduate or Post-Graduate with SAM experience of 4-8 Years in IT industry/ any relevant industry
