We are seeking aUK-based Senior Consultantwith strongretail banking / wealth platform transformation experienceto support the delivery of a complexmigration and operating model change programme.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience ofUK financial services transformations, particularly acrosscustomer/account migrations, cash and asset transfers, reconciliation, regulatory controls, and operational readiness. They will be comfortable working across bothbusiness and technical stakeholders, helping shape and complete a detailedStatement of Workcovering migration framework enhancements, reconciliation processes, history/data requirements, and technical consultation topics such as fees, book cost and corporate actions.

Key requirements include:
- Strong experience inUK retail banking, platform, wealth or pensions transformation
- Proven delivery involvement inlarge-scale migration programmes
- Understanding ofcash and stock movements, reconciliation, ETL, and migration controls
- Working knowledge ofregulatory and operational considerations, includingFCA/CASSand audit/reconciliation obligations
- Sufficienttechnical know-howto engage effectively with architects, engineers, data teams and operations SMEs
- Ability to define scope, identify dependencies, challenge assumptions, and turn business needs into clear delivery outcomes
