Proposal Coordinator _Process Lead_ Bangalore

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 3-5 years relevant experience in proposal writing (RFP/RFI/RFQ) & management, preferably in financial services or Tier 1 IT company
• Business Writing - within Sales Operations and/or Financial Services.
• Experience of managing enterprise proposals, and/or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Understanding of finance technologies along with basic knowledge of information security systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce, proposal automation tools (preferably Responsive), project management tools like Smartsheet/Jira and other enablement tools is a big plus.

Qualification:

• Graduate/ Postgraduate (BTech/MBA)

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal (Must Have)
• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational abilities (Must Have)
• Service centric approach (Must Have)
• Ability to work flexible hours (UK/US time zones) to support global teams (Must Have)
• Experience in using Acrobat Reader, Visio, Tableau (Nice to Have)
• Experience in BFSI, fintech, or enterprise financial systems. (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies (Nice to Have)

Shift Timings:

1 PM to 10PM IST (Flexible)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) from commencement to final submission.
• Act as a liaison between sales teams and other relevant teams like product, finance, IT and legal to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
• Draft, edit, and proofread proposal content, executive summaries, and cover letters for clarity, accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Facilitate proposal review meetings, manage feedback integration from multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of the proposal.
• Support knowledge repository management with accurate, up-to-date proposal documentation.
• Proactively support senior proposal managers and sales executives in developing strategic proposals.
• Track proposal metrics, win/loss data, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Flexible to work on ad-hoc projects as assigned.
