We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Implementation / Project Specialist to join our Data & Analytics team in Poland. This role will focus on supporting client onboarding, project management and solution implementation, working closely with global teams to configure and deploy Broadridge solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for data-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to grow your expertise in analytics, integration, and client delivery within a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the onboarding and implementation of Data & Analytics solutions for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Assist in configuring, documenting, and testing Salesforce and/or Power BI solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into basic technical configurations or dashboards.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and assist with data migration activities during client onboarding.
- Support creation and maintenance of implementation templates, onboarding materials, and knowledge base documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support during client go-live phases, helping to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in internal project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Development, Service Delivery) to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Learn and apply best practices in system configuration, data integration, and analytics reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 1-4 years of experience in an implementation, technical support, or analytics role (internship experience will be considered).
- Understanding of data management principles (ETL, schemas, data structures, basic data transformation).
- Basic proficiency in SQL and ability to work with structured data for validation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to work effectively with global colleagues and clients.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies in the Data & Analytics space.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools and how they can be applied to improve implementation efficiency, communication, risk awareness, and collaboration across teams.
