Project Manager Payroll [Fixed Term Contract]

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our International Payroll transformation into a single new global vendor. The candidate should have experience leading projects within payroll/HR environments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

This position is offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Monitor project progress through overseeing the planning, execution and delivery, while adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Stakeholder Management/Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Facilitate communication between technical team, data team and business units.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 + years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of data technologies, data sourcing and data governance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
