That means we balance on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, hold ourselves and each other accountable for results, stay closely connected as a team and with our clients, and ensure you have the support and resources needed to succeed.

We are looking for an Integrated Platform Project Manager (Technology Professional - Delivery Lead) to join our team.

Role Overview

The Integrated Platform Project Manager (Technology Professional - Delivery Lead) will oversee and coordinate large-scale systems integration initiatives, with a specific focus on SIS. You will lead the successful execution of all SIS integration workstreams-including SIS CAIP, SIS Remediation, and related initiatives-and drive seamless, cross-functional delivery across technical and business teams. You will ensure alignment of priorities, resources, timelines, and expected outcomes. In this role, you will also play a critical part in planning and managing Post-Trade Client onboarding and integration activities, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality in delivery. This includes conducting business analysis to identify business needs and define solutions, as well as supporting quality assurance, testing, and ongoing monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of SIS integration workstreams, including SIS CAIP, SIS Remediation, and related initiatives.
  • Manage Post-Trade Client onboarding and integration activities, ensuring consistent processes, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Perform business analysis to understand stakeholder needs, document requirements, and define scalable solutions to business problems.
  • Coordinate technical and business teams to ensure cross-functional alignment, clear communication, and effective issue resolution across all workstreams.
  • Oversee and support quality assurance, testing, and monitoring activities to validate integrations, mitigate risk, and ensure production readiness.
  • Track and report on project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones, providing clear, actionable updates to leadership, including direct support to Chris Pheby.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve integration approaches, processes, and documentation for greater consistency and scalability.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the insurance or mutual fund industry, with exposure to post-trade, client onboarding, or systems integration initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or systems integration projects in a financial services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear documentation, analyses, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Solid business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Experience working with operations functions such as data processing, programming, and tabulation, with the ability to coordinate activities across these workstreams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
