Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an enthusiastic Global Corporate Travel & Corporate Card Manager to join our team. This position plays a critical role in enabling a seamless employee experience while ensuring responsible stewardship of corporate travel and card spend. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing (Corporate Overheads), this hybrid role has global ownership of the company's corporate travel program, corporate credit card portfolio, and T&E systems. This position blends strategic sourcing, program governance, operational excellence, and customer-centric service to deliver efficient, compliant, and cost-effective travel and card solutions. The role serves as the primary point of contact for employee travel and corporate card needs, with a strong focus on elevating the user experience, driving continuous process improvements, and optimizing spend through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, independent self-starter with sound judgment, a strong service mindset, and the ability to partner effectively across Finance, Strategic Sourcing, HR, Compliance, and senior leadership in a hybrid work environment.

- Own and manage the end-to-end global corporate travel program, including airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and travel agency services.
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for employee travel needs, providing timely, professional, and solutions-oriented support.
- Partner with the Travel Management Company (TMC), airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage service levels, and optimize pricing, traveler experience, and value.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce global travel policies in alignment with sourcing, finance, risk, and compliance objectives.
- Support the integration of new business units and geographies into the global travel program.
- Provide support during travel disruptions or emergencies, including after-hours assistance as required for senior executives.
- Monitor and analyze travel spend, identify trends, and prepare dashboards and reporting for executive leadership.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the traveler experience while improving cost control, process efficiency, and policy compliance.
- Administer the global corporate credit card program, including card issuance, maintenance, credit limit management, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure adherence to corporate card policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and other regulatory standards.
- Monitor card activity for compliance, accuracy, and potential fraud, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and external card providers to resolve billing issues, disputes, and discrepancies.
- Support expense management processes and month-end close activities, including reconciliations, audits, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver training, job aids, and reference materials to educate employees on proper card usage and expense reporting.
- Support onboarding of new business units and global expansion of the card program.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance usability, reduce manual effort, and optimize program costs.
- Act as system owner for travel and expense platforms, including configuration, expense types, audit rules, and policy enforcement.
- Partner with internal technology and development teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and drive automation and efficiencies.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT/QA) for system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience through system optimization.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees at all levels, both in person and remotely, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness and empathy.
- Communicate policies clearly and effectively, balancing compliance requirements with a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate closely with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Compliance, IT, and senior leadership to ensure travel and card programs align with broader corporate overhead and cost-management strategies.
- Prepare and present insights, recommendations, and business cases to drive stakeholder engagement and program improvements.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate travel management, corporate card administration, expense management, strategic sourcing, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide programs in a finance, professional services, or highly regulated environment preferred.
- Proven experience supporting and partnering with executive leadership.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel programs, T&E systems, and corporate card platforms.
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Oracle T&E or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while remaining highly responsive in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- High integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy.
