Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly journal entries and other deliverables as per SLA.
• Perform quality balance sheet reconciliations.
• Need to ensure the Account reconciliations are completed as per SOP.
• To ensure the smooth and straight-cut accrual entries are completed.
• To ensure the SLA is met for all the activities.
• To ensure process enhancement / process improvements are made.
• 100% adherence to compliance.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Education qualification - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce / CA Inter.
• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in General Accounting processes and Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
• Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Good hands-on experience in MS Excel and ERP applications.
• Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
