Position Overview

We are looking for anOperations Fund Analytics Associate to join our Fund Analytics Team in our Dublin - Dundrum Office.

In this role, you will execute day-to-day operational tasks relating to regulatory and client deliverables across UCITS KIID, PRIIPs, ESG and MIFID II services.

You will be responsible for the accuracy of regulatory calculations, as well as the maintenance of data feeds with client administrators and third parties. You will help ensure that client satisfaction remains exceptional and that our internal procedures continually evolve to be more efficient and robust.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory calculations compliant with UCITS, PRIIPs, MiFID regulations.
• Produce and review regulatory templates - EMT/EPT/EET.
• Ensure all client commitments are fulfilled as per the client SLAs and internal process documents.
• Review any documentation for the highest level of accuracy before releasing to clients.
• Ensure client calls are prepared for in advance, with a live status report being delivered to the client and discussed during the call.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients and ensure all client or client related correspondence is responded to in a timely fashion.
• Support out Client and Regulatory Reporting team in the set up of data for new funds and in any data related query.
• Carry out training within the team as required and where requested.
• Guarantee all procedures are maintained for the list of assigned clients.
• Identify areas of improvement while utilising our inhouse development team.
• Confirm other duties/responsibilities assigned by the Manager are completed in the timeframe required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
• Qualification in Finance or previous experience in the funds industry,
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, demonstration of a strong professional approach with an attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills required, with accountability for team and business deliverables.
• The ability to work within a team structure alongside multiple levels and departments in a professional manner, building strong day-to-day relationships with colleagues and clients.
