Company Overview
Broadridge's Fiduciary Services business leads in fiduciary reporting within the mutual fund industry. A Fiduciary Services Specialist should be focused on mutual fund, ETF, and closed-end fund analysis which includes guiding clients through the annual contract renewal process (15c) in accordance with the Investment Company Act of 1940. Clear communication of methodologies to clients, managing ad hoc requests, and ensuring timely report delivery are key responsibilities.

General Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized fund/ETF analyses for corporate and institutional clients.
• Perform due diligence, statistical analysis, and documentation to meet client needs.
• Implement and articulate Broadridge's methodology to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Broadridge and clients during contract renewal, managing ad hoc requests.
• Lead production and packaging of materials, maintaining quality control.
• Act as the primary contact for all internal and external inquiries related to client projects.
• Engage in other duties as required.

• Manage multiple projects flexibly in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
• Strong team player, willing to collaborate; relationship-building skills are essential.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred experience in the mutual fund, finance industry, or data analysis fields.
• Demonstrated success in project management.
• Strong synthesis of information across various sources.
• Proficient in key software (Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat).
