Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Distributed Ledger Repo Product Manager to support growing demand for Broadridge Tokenization initiatives. This role is responsible for defining product vision, translating market and business needs into product requirements, and driving execution in partnership with engineering, marketing, sales, and service delivery teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong solution design capabilities, deep domain and technical expertise, and a proven ability to bring new products and features to market. This individual will serve as the key link between business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring product investments align with customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • You will perform an analyst role within the Digital Innovation team, developing a blend of business and technical expertise in the service of the Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) Product
  • Become familiar with Capital Markets products, digitized assets, and distributed ledger technology, particularly how they can be applied to capital markets
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements to ensure a high-quality, scalable, and reliable delivery
  • Proactively engage with the product and business development teams in the acceleration of the product roadmap
  • Create and maintain records in support of Tokenization efforts and the DLR product team book of work
  • Handle end-to-end delivery of product features from concept through to launch
  • Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes effectively to senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Manage and evaluate the backlog, setting priorities based on customer feedback, strategic value, and technical feasibility.
  • Become accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with subject matter experts across all lines of business
  • Participate in internal team exercises, business working group sessions and interactive deep-dive process development

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of financial industry experience across product sales, product management, or operations in the financial service industry
  • Financial Services knowledge a plus, especially in capital markets settlement infrastructure and financing process
  • Analytical skills and ability to effectively analyze and interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to manage system-level requirements, perform data mapping, and review technical design documents
  • Proven track record of prioritizing tasks and managing workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including client facing presentations
  • Works independently with minimal supervision and task oriented
  • Previous experience working with distributed ledger blockchain technology, digital or crypto assets is an advantage, but not required
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
