Data Analyst - Product Operations & Governance

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, andmaintainexecutive reporting dashboardsfor product portfolio health, milestone tracking, sprint progress, delivery performance, spend tracking, and resourceutilization.
  • UsePower BI,Excel, and AI-enabled tools to automate and enhance reporting processes.
  • Create clear and visually compelling dashboards and presentations for senior leaders, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze data fromJIRA, portfolio management tools, financial trackers, and other business systems toidentifyperformance trends, delivery risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions related to delivery performance, team capacity, milestone adherence, and portfolio effectiveness.
  • Translate data into concise executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • LeverageAI toolsto improve reporting efficiency, summarize large datasets, generate insights, and support executive storytelling.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, ora relatedfield.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in aData Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Product/Portfolio Analyticsrole.

  • Experience withPower BIfor dashboard development and data visualization.
  • AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts, and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience working withJIRAdata for reporting, sprint metrics, and delivery tracking.
  • Experience preparingexecutive-level dashboards and leadership reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into simple business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supportingproduct management, PMO, governance, or portfolio operations
  • Familiarity withConfluence, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Experience usingAI toolssuch as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI features,
  • Knowledge ofAgile delivery metrics, sprint reporting, capacity planning
  • Experience ina fast-pacedtechnology, SaaS, fintech, or enterprise operationsTop of Form
