Client Service Project Coordinator Intern (Hybrid)

Broadridge is currently seeking for a Project Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by organizing project activities and ensuring all elements are up to date using Broadridge Tools. You will work closely with the project team to enhance efficiencies and facilitate seamless project execution.

Summer Internship: May 2026 - August 2026

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Coordinators to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop dashboards using Automated Intelligence (AI) to support Release Coordinators in client deliveries.
• Prepare artifacts to assist the team in utilizing AI and developed efficiencies.
• Provide assistance on various tasks related to internal processes.
• Reconcile reports and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Basic Skill Level Requirements

Education

• Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year University Degree or College Diploma program Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Solid understanding and experience with the wealth management industry (preferably in banking, funds, or transfer agencies)
• Focus on Automated Intelligence and building efficiencies.
• Previous experience in an office, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an asset.

Compensation

• Salary Range:$22.00- $25.00/hour (CAD).Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
