As an Operations Manager, you will manage key operational functions of the pod, serving as a strategic partner to the Managing Director (MD) and collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner, Sr. Growth Advisor, and Lead Advisor. This role is accountable for driving execution, alignment, communication, and operational excellence across client, people, and office operations.

Your Role - Get/Keep Client Operations:


  • Act as a versatile support resource for the Managing Director, willingly taking on a diverse array of tasks and executing on special projects as required.

  • Managing client service operational tasks and initiatives and holding the team accountable. (Revenue Realignment)

  • Support the MD/Sr. Growth Advisor/Lead Advisor in communicating key metrics to the pod and keeping the team accountable for completing projects/meeting metrics.

  • Proactively track, manage, and close the loop on requests and action items across the team, ensuring clear follow-up, communication, and accountability.  

  • Support the Managing Director in facilitating weekly team and leadership meetings including setting the agenda, documenting action items, and supporting alignment between the teams and leadership.

  • Arranges and coordinates travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, for Get/Keep Client needs.

  • Manage client transition assignments, ensuring timely collaboration with key stakeholders (MD, Leads, HR Business Partners). Responsible for bringing the larger team along with communication. 

  • Partner with MD, SGA and Business Development Specialists to assign new client service team and update system. 

  • Assist the MD and SGA/LA in scheduling for client-related activities. 

  • Manage administrative permissions for technology systems for service teams (Salesforce, Box).

  • Plan and execute a wide range of remarkable experiences for clients and prospective clients to help drive client referral metrics. 

  • Provide strategic direction for client gifting and partner with Client Service Administrators to execute.

Your Role - Get/Keep People Operations:


  • Take on projects from the HRBPs around People and Operations (scheduling development conversations and internal pod communication). 

  • Provide strategic and administrative support planning and executing a wide range of remarkable experiences for the team ranging from volunteering, social events, celebrations, retreats, to personalized gifts for teammates, fostering team member bonding and engagement.

  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for Keep People needs and team retreats.

  • Assist the MD and HRBP in scheduling team and people related meetings/events. 

  • Partner with the HR team to drive campus recruiting, local intern hiring, including managing project calendars, coordinating intern champions, and ensuring effective collaboration with HR Team and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and impactful intern experience. 

  • Partner with the Recruiting team to drive candidate sourcing, conducting initial pre-screen calls, scheduling interviews and candidate communication.

  • Manage HRIS requests on behalf of the pods they support, including PTO requests, expense tracking & approval for employee expenses, T&E, marketing and spot bonuses, nonexempt timecard review and approval, and provide monthly/quarterly budget reports to the MD. Ensure appropriate staffing during peak days for Client Service.

  • Oversee team member movement, including seating arrangements and location assignments.

Your Role - Regional Office Organization & Oversight:


  • Oversee office management, including supply ordering and delivery through vendor partners, managing incoming deliveries and mail distribution, ensuring timely outgoing shipments, and serving as the main point of contact for building service requests and communications from local building management.

  • Oversee project management of office space planning and potential office expansions or moves. 

Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum of 4–6+ years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success managing operations and overseeing complex projects. Project management experience within financial services is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Highly adaptable and decisive, with the ability to think strategically while effectively managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and drive outcomes with minimal oversight

  • This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with lots of flexibility
