In this role, you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that empower Client Service teammates to grow with confidence, serve clients with excellence, and build meaningful, long-term careers. You’ll collaborate closely with partners across the firm, drawing insight from the field and translating it into training that reflects real-world application and expectations.

Content Development & Delivery

  • Guide program design by providing learning and development expertise, contextual insights, and clear content direction to ensure materials follow adult‑learning best practices and effectively support real‑world performance.
  • Contribute to training content through writing, feedback, or editing with a collaborative iterative approach.
  • Confidently facilitate virtual and live learning experiences, adapting facilitation style to meet learners where they are, encouraging engagement, curiosity, and practical skill-building.

Program Management

  • Manage programs with clearly defined learning objectives and measurable learner outcomes.
  • Identify, onboard, and prepare additional facilitators, providing guidance that supports both consistency and quality while honoring their perspectives and expertise. 
  • Implement meaningful feedback loops to assess program effectiveness and continuously refine content based on learner insights, performance trends, and partner input.
  • Use learning management system (LMS) to track participation, progress, and completion, using insight to inform decision and improvements.
  • Design and coordinate ongoing learning experiences (e.g., webinars, workshops, and skill sessions) that support teammate development and enhance confidence in role execution.
  • Partner with the key stakeholders to identify emerging training needs and create timely, targeted learning opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine programs and training to ensure they are aligned with organizational needs and grounded in relevant, practical learning outcomes.
  • Mentor and support a team of Client Service experts, facilitators and pod trainers across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to align on program updates, share best practices, and discuss real-time feedback from the field.
  • Equip the trainer network with current materials, methodologies, and expectations informed by operational and practice-level insights.

Strategy and Collaboration

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify training needs, performance trends, and skill gaps.
  • Participate in learning strategy discussions and governance groups to help shape content priorities and rollout sequencing.
  • Lead a training advisory group composed of SMEs and practice leaders.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and process updates to stay connected to how the work is done, bringing key learnings into the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities - Continuous Learning & Engagement

  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to adult learning and role-based training.
  • Engage regularly with the teams and functions you support to ensure training materials accurately address their evolving needs and day‑to‑day realities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees as they transition from centralized training to on‑the‑job application, and equip people managers with practical strategies to support, reinforce, and sustain their team members’ new skills.

Qualifications - Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Finance, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in a related field or certification from the financial industry a plus (e.g., CFA, CFP).
  • 3-5 years of experience developing and leading training or a similar role, with a focus on role-based or technical training.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for a variety of job functions or departments.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience using data analytics to measure training impact and outcomes.
  • Technical skills including familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories, experience with eLearning tools, video training software, and other digital content creation platforms (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, etc.).
  • This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with a lot of flexibility.

Compensation

  • Pay:  $98,000 - $145,000 per year

  • Benefits: Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health care benefits (medical/dental/vision), retirement benefits, paid time off (PTO), holiday flex-days, summer flex-days, company-paid holidays, parental leave, transportation benefits, unlimited volunteer time off, professional and personal wellbeing stipend, and other fringe benefits.
