Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist with strong experience in data projects, programming, and analytics tools. This role focuses on developing automated reporting solutions and driving process automation initiatives within a business services environment. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project management skills and advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).

  • Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Standardize reporting processes across operations.
  • Interpret analysis results, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Define technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and SOPs for new projects.
  • Communicate project updates and decisions throughout all phases.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Programming, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in data projects.
    • Project management experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Programming (Python, R, SQL) – mandatory.
    • Data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) – mandatory.
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel – advanced).
    • Alteryx (nice to have).
  • Certifications: Lean & Six Sigma 
  • Language: English B2 or higher (mandatory).
