あなたの職務と仕事 (WHAT YOU WILL DO)
Braze は日本市場において成長フェーズにあり、これを持続的なものにしたいと思っています。マーケターとして、関係部門と信頼関係を構築しながら、効果的な施策を企画・展開することで、強力なブランドを作り上げ、デマンドジェネレーション、カスタマーサクセスなどをも包括的に支援、中長期な成長に貢献いただきます。2030 年までに売上 100 億円を超える企業へと一緒に育てあげる仲間を募集しています。
- 製品、インサイドセールス、営業、アライアンス、カスタマーサクセスなどの各チームの戦略パートナーとして、対面、およびバーチャル環境を活用したキャンペーン(セミナー、イベント、展示会、ラウンドテーブル、ネットワーキング)などの実施を通じたパイプラインの生成と売上を最大化させる。
- 協賛プログラムを企画、活用し、年次イベントのリーダーとして、企画、集客、および、運営に責任を持つ。
- イベントマーケティング管理プロセスを開発し、関係者のロールを定義、すべてのイベントにわたる一貫性と品質を確保する。
- 施策実施(特に大型イベントや展示会等)のロジスティクス、予算、および現場運営に責任を持つ。
- GTM 戦略上の適切なセグメントに対し、タイムリーにフォローアップし、施策後の戦略を策定、実施する。
- マーケティング、およびインサイドセールスと協力し、Marketo メールや Facebook や LinkedIn 広告などを活用、視聴者へリーチすると共に、営業、およびインサイドセールスが望むターゲット アカウントからの参加者を促進、登録目標を達成するために適切なフォローアップを行う。
- SFDC / Marketo を活用、キャンペーンの結果レポートや分析を通じて、ROI を測定しつつ、改善活動を行う。
- ブランド マーケティング チームと連携し、その成果物に関する品質を担保する。
- グローバル/APAC チームと連携し、イベントのコンテンツ企画、講演者と協力、必要に応じて来日(対面)、オンライン講演録画(バーチャル)を含めた交渉、および
- 実施を行う。
- デジタルマーケティングリーダーと率先して協力し、施策の ROI を最大化する。

職務への応募条件 (WHO YOU ARE)
- 学士以上、またはそれと同等の職務経験
- 5 年以上のマーケティング、または営業経験
- 営業、およびインサイドセールス、そしてグローバルマーケティングと協力し、前向きにポジティブに業務を遂行するためのコミュニケーションスキル
- 課題や問題を改善と自らの成長機会と捉え、チーム内&他部門と協力し、問題解決のための独自のソリューションを生み出す
- チームの一員として他者に敬意を持ち、同時に自ら率先して業務を遂行するセルフスターター
- 複数業務を同時並行し、関係者と協力、リスク管理を行いながら、正確に施策を実施するスキル
- ビジネスリーダーや営業、インサイドセールスの期待値を理解し、適切にフィードバック、および説明責任を満たす
- テクノロジーやお客様のマーケティング業務への理解、SaaS ビジネスの経験、理解はあれば、尚良
- インサイドセールス、Marketo の経験があれば、尚良
- 英語力(日常会話〜ビジネスレベル)
