Job Summary.

The Identification Lead plays a crucial role within the Safety Management Systems team of our Group Trust & Safety department. The Identification Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the identification process of the Risk Appetite, Inherent Business Risk Profile and Threat Landscape. This role involves developing and recommending mitigation strategies and influencing the Group Trust & Safety to ensure swift and accurate identification of safety risks, thereby contributing to the overall safety and well-being of our Customers.

This role requires someone who is a team player, well organized, strong in stakeholders management and influencing skills. Besides, the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment, to work under pressure, as well the ability to react swiftly and adapt plans quickly to meet business needs is required.

The experience working in or with large operations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities.

Identification Program Development

  • Develop and maintain a framework to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the identification process (i.e. maintaining the Risk Appetite Framework for T&S and drive the ever changing risk landscape of our business and translate that into an easy to understand risk appetite report, inherent business risk profile and threat landscape reports).
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of identification efforts and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in Trust & Safety risks, user behavior, and industry best practices to continuously refine identification methodologies.

Process Improvement
  • Cooperate with QA Through data, identify trends and patterns affecting quality at the employee level as well as broader trends at the team and conduct root cause analysis
  • Run/collaborate on running enterprise risk control assessments and offer recommendations for new or improved controls.
  • Cooperate with Opex to improve ways of working and processes for the team to minimize the risk for our portfolio.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and processes through workflow optimization and innovation.
  • Deliver reports for audits and evaluations containing key insights that will help operations stakeholders improve overall program performance.


Communication & Stakeholder management
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with operational team members and cross-functional teams, providing regular communications and updates.
  • Collaborate with Trust & Safety Analysts, Operational Excellence, Project Management, Engineering teams, Policy, CS, LPS, Legal teams, EPS sites and CoE's to provide structured and timely recommendations to mitigate and prevent Trust & Safety Risks at all levels of the T&S organization.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to support their professional development and ensure consistent adherence to identification standards.
  • Deliver report insights in clear format, and present insights in compelling fashion to Leadership.
  • Building collaborative partnerships between SMEs and T&S team members to build and scale effective identification solutions across their area of responsibility.
