Role description
This role is for a Technical Product Manager, based in Amsterdam, in the Tech Enablement track with a focus on customer service (CS) tech. Tech Enablement is a company priority to rapidly increase product and engineering velocity. This involves modernizing the tech stack by migrating core systems to the cloud, simplifying architecture, and resolving technical debt. Simultaneously, it invests in culture, agile practices, and removing friction across the software development lifecycle to deliver the Connected Trip vision and AI-powered experiences faster. This role will focus on Tech Enablement across Customer Service tech in 2026, with scope expected to shift to other business units later in 2027 towards higher priority initiatives.
As a Technical Product Manager, you'd be responsible for leading a team directly towards modernising and improving the Customer Service Tech stack, meeting company-wide technology guiding principles. You would work closely with various product and operational teams to ensure a seamless phased migration while using data to ensure system reliability and measuring incremental impact.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Own and lead the CS Tech Enablement team's product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery.
- Align and adapt the CS Tech Enablement roadmap to the broader Tech Enablement company strategy and architecture.
- Define, track, and report clear product and engineering metrics to transparently communicate impact to senior leadership.
- Translate business and technical needs into a prioritized, technically grounded backlog that maximizes impact.
- Engage stakeholders across CS and other BUs to implement changes, ensure operationalization and measure impact
- Partner with engineers, data engineering and product teams to shape solutions and ship high-quality, scalable capabilities.

Role Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical Product Management, having managed large scale technical / platform products.
- Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, address technical debt and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and product health.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts as a clear and compelling narrative to non technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Be able to clearly communicate with business stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent prioritization skills in time critical situations while balancing customer & business needs.
- An analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure issues and analyze alternative solutions.
- Team player with a bottom-up ideation process
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation concepts
