  • Own end-to-end talent process design and governance (e.g. objective setting, mid-year check-ins, end-of-year reviews, promotions, succession planning), including clear handover points, decision rights and success metrics.
  • Program manage key talent cycles (e.g. Annual Talent Cycle, mid-year cycle, bi-annual promotions), including detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead talent-related change and communications, creating and executing change, stakeholder engagement and communication plans in partnership with Internal Communications and Talent Management, ensuring strong business adoption and clear messaging.
  • Define and refine talent reporting and dashboards (e.g. in Workday/Tableau) by gathering requirements, partnering with People Analytics and Systems teams, and translating insights into recommendations for leaders and HR.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and process owners to translate talent policies into scalable, standardised processes and system changes that work across regions, crafts and employee groups.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for HR Advisory, HR Ops and People leaders on talent processes supporting complex queries and decisions in line with policy and philosophy.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing feedback, tickets and talent data to identify pain points, propose improvements to processes, systems and content, and embed learnings into future cycles.
  • Co-create capability building and support models for HR Advisory, HR Ops and people leaders, ensuring they are equipped to execute talent processes effectively.
  • Ensure risk, compliance and governance aspects of talent processes are understood and embedded, partnering with Risk & Control, Policy Owners and other COEs where needed.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR / People Operations, with significant exposure to talent management, performance, promotions, succession or related processes in a complex, global environment.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing and improving end-to-end HR or talent processes across multiple stakeholder groups and regions.
