Role location: Amsterdam, NL

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for B2B in Flights, you will support our partner-facing initiatives, including growing our business solutions, partner programs, and other key commercial capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying, validating, and marketing new commercial propositions - including the B2B marketing suite for Etraveli Group - that fuel our B2B business growth. The Senior Product Marketing Manager is an integral part of the organization and fully owns the success of the B2B product portfolio of the team(s) they work with.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

You will manage all aspects of product marketing across multiple B2B products including: product proposition validation and market fit, go-to-market strategy, new product launch, portfolio marketing strategy and execution, positioning, messaging, competitive research, internal and external communications, as well as field and sales enablement. Some of the things we expect you to excel at:

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and ongoing product marketing for the B2B marketing suite for Etraveli Group ("ETG"), ensuring strong market positioning, ETG adoption, and seamless commercial integration.
  • Drive B2B adoption and commercial marketing strategies for our flagship loyalty program, Genius, clearly articulating its value proposition and business impact to our supply ecosystem.
  • Lead end-to-end coordination (content creation, preparation, presentation and on-the-ground execution) for major B2B industry trade shows, partner summits, and webinars to drive lead generation and brand authority.
  • Deeply understand the end-to-end B2B user and buyer journey, from awareness, acquisition, adoption through to engagement, working with key stakeholders to define, execute, and optimize.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM process from target setting, planning, implementation, reporting, and retrospective.
  • Define business customer and market segments to identify, select, and prioritize target segments to meet business needs.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders across the organization to influence and share information, in the right medium, at the right time across local and global audiences.
  • Responsible for liaising with business development and partner-facing teams to avoid friction to the partner proposition and to proactively identify opportunities to enhance it.
  • Brief marketing teams to proactively execute high-impact B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Feed communications and sales teams with relevant, timely, and accurate product and commercial input.
  • Validate value props with target B2B audiences through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Provide ongoing product feedback to product teams, aggregated from multiple B2B channels.
  • Drive business impact or growth using data, analytical thinking, and structured presentation skills.
  • Own promotion of the B2B product (incentives, pricing models, etc.).
  • Follow and share relevant competitive movement and (adjacent) B2B market developments.
  • Act as a Product Marketing craft leader to set the standard within the Product Marketing community.

Role qualifications and requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a product marketing management role.
  • Has experience shaping and taking to market a suite of B2B products beyond individual isolated features or one-off campaigns.
  • Has direct experience working with product teams including PMs, UX Writing, and Data Science.
  • Experience with B2B business economics (incl. creating business cases), to help shape product impact measurement alongside data science and product management peers.
  • Has experience working with a central marketing or sales enablement organization.
  • Has a strong understanding of B2B marketing channels including but not limited to on-site promotional touchpoints, webinars, email marketing, PR, and professional social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Has worked on complex B2B commercial initiatives - from concept creation to launch and measurement of results.
  • Well-rounded B2B marketing experience in various marketing roles and good understanding of the full marketing mix, from product, to distribution, to communication and pricing.
  • Product commercialization experience, working with go-to-market stakeholders to pilot and scale the product by embedding it into commercial frameworks and existing sales/incentive programs.
  • Experience working across multiple tracks, often liaising with stakeholders across other Business Units to ensure joint standards are maintained (governance/buy-in).
  • Complex and multi-craft stakeholder management with the ability to steer and influence decision-making for product direction, speed to market, and path to impact throughout the entire B2B product lifecycle.
  • Strategic thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short and medium-term goals.
  • Comfort with stage presence and exposure to internal and external business audiences for product pitches and event execution.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, manifested in the ability to craft compelling B2B value propositions and work alongside writing and marketing resources to deliver the product proposition in a balanced business and marketing-centric manner for internal and external marketing purposes.

Desirable skills:
  • Deep understanding of travel technology (e.g., flights, accommodations), and partner ecosystems.
  • Balanced T-shaped skill set, balancing technical understanding of the product / fluency with engineering teams with marketing centricity and understanding of go-to-market terms and stakeholder needs.
  • Basic querying/Google Sheets skills and ability to find, process, and use various data points and facts (internal and external) to make decisions.
