Senior Account Manager - Cancún

As Senior Account Manager (Sr. AM) you will manage partner relationships for a portfolio of high-value managed and top-managed partners, including frequent travel for regular business reviews.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally. Internally, Sr. AM works with central teams to give feedback on improvements needed on internal and external tools and products, and with the Connectivity team to share advanced knowledge of connectivity opportunities.
Furthermore, you will work with local Account Managers/Account Executives to share knowledge and expertise. Where the Sr. AM's portfolio is made up of mostly chain-type properties, they also work closely with the Key Account Manager for the chain to ensure the aligned strategic goals are executed at local level.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support Booking.com strategy & deliver initiatives and vision for regional / national group partners and/or high value properties.
- Consult, support and collaborate with internal stakeholders in managing partners to optimize performance of partners, like connectivity providers, central teams, (Sr.) key account managers and local offices.
- Manage relationships with decision makers of regional / national /local group partners or high value properties and drive performance.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Booking.com B.V. products, local market and operations of partners managed.
- Manage projects independently
Role Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 year experience in relevant regional account management function dealing with complex / high value partners
- Ability to manage portfolio of single property partners as well as complex multi property partners
- Good understanding of revenue, channel and distribution management
- Ability to connect with and influence different internal and external stakeholders
- Good ability to read and interpret multiple data sources in order to define short/medium/long-term goals
- Strong relationship management skills
- Basic project management skills
- Driver's license
- Availability to travel up to 50%
- Fluent English and Spanish
