  • AI Solution Adoption: Own the AI roadmap for the SBOPC craft by scoping, developing, deploying, and driving broad adoption of scalable AI workflows in collaboration with tech teams.
  • Program Standards: Drive broad organizational adoption and continuous improvement of the Booking Program Standards, embedding them as the default in AI solutions.
  • Technical & Business Liaison: Act as the strategic liaison between the CBO Office PMO and Tech Standards teams to ensure business requirements are integrated into Jira usage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., PMI) and internal Craft Managers to share best practices and drive organizational alignment.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience executing complex strategy-to-execution plans and managing large communities (500+ employees) within a large-scale, international environment (5K+ employees).
  • AI & Technical Expertise: Conceptual and hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Glean), combined with strong working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
  • Event & Communication Mastery: Exceptional written/spoken communication skills with a proven background in owning end-to-end events for 100+ attendees and managing multi-channel communications.
  • Process & Program Management: Deep expertise in developing, embedding, and continuously improving standardized ways of working and role-specific L&D plans across multi-departmental organizations.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders (Director level and above).
  • Mindset & Approach: Highly proactive, pragmatic, customer-centric, and accountable leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and continuously raises the bar.
