Role Overview
The Partner Enablement Manager is a key member of the Connectivity Partner Program & Development team, responsible for driving scalable, digital-first partner enablement across our global hospitality software partner ecosystem. This role designs, delivers, and continuously optimizes enablement and go-to-market initiatives that help technology partners grow their business and succeed across all stages of the partnership lifecycle.
The role leads the strategy and execution of partner enablement through partner-facing tools and platforms, delivering self-service education, actionable data insights, and integrated co-marketing and co-selling initiatives at scale. By leveraging digital channels and partner ecosystem capabilities, the Partner Enablement Manager ensures partners can efficiently onboard, activate, grow, and innovate within our connectivity ecosystem.
As the owner of partner enablement performance, you are accountable for shaping partner business development topics, setting annual objectives, and defining a clear enablement and go-to-market roadmap. You will build, launch, and continuously improve digital self-service capabilities across multiple partner portals, and design and execute global marketing and sales initiatives that drive measurable commercial impact.
Success in this role requires a strong data-driven and experimental mindset. The Partner Enablement Manager continuously tests and optimizes digital enablement capabilities (including partner education, performance reporting, and analytics) to increase results across key commercial priorities. These include the acquisition of new accommodations, improving partner performance, and driving increased API adoption in collaboration with hospitality connectivity providers. Ultimately, this role owns execution and outcomes, ensuring defined goals are met while building long-term, high-impact partnerships.
Role Qualifications and Requirements
Partner Enablement & Ecosystem Growth
- Drive scalable enablement for a global ecosystem of hospitality software and technology partners across all stages of the partnership lifecycle
- Ensure partners are successfully onboarded, activated, and continuously growing within the connectivity ecosystem
- Align partner enablement initiatives with broader business and ecosystem growth objectives
Digital Enablement & Self-Service Capabilities
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize digital-first partner enablement programs, including partner portals, self-service education, and content hubs
- Own and evolve self-service capabilities across multiple partner-facing platforms to improve partner experience, adoption, and efficiency
- Apply experimentation and iteration to improve enablement effectiveness and scalability
Go-to-Market & Commercial Initiatives
- Define and execute partner go-to-market initiatives, including digital co-marketing and co-selling programs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to drive acquisition, activation, and growth outcomes
- Translate strategic objectives into executable campaigns that deliver measurable commercial impact
Performance Management & Data-Driven Optimization
- Define success metrics and KPIs for partner enablement and go-to-market initiatives
- Monitor performance through reporting and analytics, translating insights into concrete optimization actions
- Continuously improve results across key commercial priorities such as new accommodation acquisition, partner performance, and API adoption

Strategy, Planning & Execution Ownership
- Shape partner business development topics and enablement strategy in line with company priorities
- Set annual objectives and define a clear enablement and go-to-market roadmap
- Own execution end-to-end, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and against defined goals
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
- Act as a central point of coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with technology partners through clear communication and shared objectives
- Influence and align cross-functional teams to drive successful partner outcomes at scale
Role Qualifications and Requirements
- The role is user-focused, keeps all our different connectivity customers (providers) at the heart of everything we do in a complex technology ecosystem;
- Strong interpersonal skills - a strong network of people is needed and to drive trust in order to succeed together and achieve own goals;
- Experience in heavy stakeholder management environments - The role manages a wide variety of stakeholders within different crafts like tech, design, product, marketing, legal, technical support and sales
- Technology background with a focus on connectivity, APIs, cloud based models or Internet of Things - The role understands how our technology solutions and our partners software works, and ideates on new technology changes that can improve our partnership and advise our technology partners about improving their systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to lead business impactful conversations with our connectivity partners on a C-level
- Strong background in data testing and proven analytical skills - Defines hypotheses, spots new opportunities and proves with new programme products/services incremental business with partners
- Experience in the industry of B2B technology partnerships
- Strategic thinking - balancing long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals
- Strong change and project management skills - drives change in an agile project management / product development environment - Manages proposed changes and development, able to influence to get support from other teams and lead product related discussions with both internal teams & our technology partners
- Strong work ethic; proactive, flexible and capable of working independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Solution oriented and result driven
