DPE (Digital Partner Ecosystem) aims to drive measurable impact for our accommodation partners by providing advice and support through our partner-facing digital touchpoints (Extranet, Partner Hub, email). We do this by delivering personalized, automated journeys and practical guidance across channels, offering information and support through our digital platforms. This is powered by educational and commercial content, personalized data points and insights, and hands-on actions partners can take.

About the role

Lead Supply Growth Marketing owns definition and delivery of insight based marketing activations to our global partner base by identifying commercial opportunities and driving digital marketing activities to increase the supply on our platform. Driving qualitative supply related product adoption and consistent availability helps our accommodation partners to improve their performance on our platform.

  • Responsibility Scope: Own performance targets for your activations and provide insights and actions on your contribution to the annual business targets.
  • Performance / impact: Owns the creation of best in class activations and campaigns to help partners to improve their performance and help them to be successful on our platform in a partner centric way (Measured in Psat).
  • Drive Performance: Identify commercial opportunities and insights to deliver on partner needs and turn these into partner-facing activations in our digital channels with the aim to drive commercial impact for partner and Booking.com.
  • Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize a backlog of hypotheses and projects based on their business impact and the impact on the partners, ensuring timely delivery and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Project Management: Lead complex projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals and partner needs while managing technical implications and barriers. This involves fostering collaboration and alignment across teams, communicating outcomes and learnings to stakeholders, and validating, monitoring project results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with technical teams to drive innovation based on hypotheses and user stories, aiming to improve business impact, reduce time spent, and increase partner experience through technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaboration: Effectively achieve your impact drivers within the scope of responsibility by fostering enhanced stakeholder collaboration. This involves actively engaging with and gaining the support of key stakeholders, including product teams, segment teams and revenue management, ensuring their alignment with performance indicators and goals to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Analytics: Conduct (basic) analysis of performance, commercial and market data to derive commercial insights and define hypotheses.
  • Authority: Be seen as an authority in your craft by sharing knowledge and insights, thereby making your impact visible and positioning oneself as an expert within the business. This involves guiding, consulting, educating, and supporting team members within and outside the department.
  • Voice of the Partner: Serve as the voice of partners within the organization, advocating for their needs and perspectives.

Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Product Marketing.
  • Proven track record of commercial impact through digital marketing efforts.
  • Data literacy and the ability to use data to build actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a sizable marketing environment, preferably in a multinational B-to-B context.
  • Business acumen to quickly understand Booking's objectives, and key results, partner and consumer perspectives as well as the way all parts of the company work together to realize our ambitions.
  • Strong and resilient team player with a high degree of flexibility, problem-solving and positive communication that motivates and influences the achievement of team objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. High performer with the ability to manage parallel tracks and expectations for project scope changes, seeing intersection points, and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to collaborate across teams and parts of the organisation to deliver results.
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and learning mindset.
