Role Description:
This role sits within the Partnerships Commercial Excellence Team which sets up and innovates the commercial operating model and processes across channels to ensure ambitions and targets are met by Partnerships in an efficient and effective way.

The team supports Commercial Excellence projects, e.g. target operating model projects, commercial performance projects, and cross-channel projects. Applies effective project management to ensure results are delivered on time, within budget and at the required quality levels and is able to deliver relevant, action-oriented, data-driven, and innovative recommendations to our local operations and global stakeholders which result in tangible commercial improvements.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Co-develop commercial initiatives to improve commercial performance of Partnerships.
- Support the Global Commercial Excellence Manager and the Senior Commercial Excellence Specialist(s) executing commercial initiatives to improve channel performance (e.g. projects related to go-to-market, tooling, monitoring and steering).
- Identify commercial and operational improvements by collecting information, generating insights and recommendations.
- Ensure cross channel aligned approach to drive go-to-market projects to improve Partner performance.
- Coordinate with relevant global & regional teams to ensure adequate implementation, communication, training & tracking of successful Commercial Excellence projects.
- Have a clear understanding of, and influence on, the business impact of team projects.
- Actively support others to find clarity on business initiatives and be widely accepted in the business as a key driver of value creation towards business ambitions.
- Be able to create consistent reporting to showcase results and business impact on different projects.
- Use expertise and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and innovate towards achieving ambitions together and create high performing working relationships.
- Be seen as a digital channel expert and key driver/iterator of stakeholders' goals ultimately driving additional value to the business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant and proven track-record in B2B2B/B2B2C partnerships in Commercial or Operational capacities.
- Experience in understanding account management operations and digital channels.
- Strong commercial focus and prioritization skills.
- Translate business needs into business opportunities which can be executed in small steps, and prioritize them according to business value and impact.
- Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative.
- Highly organized, pragmatic and results-focused; driven to manage projects full cycle.
- Able to work well independently and within a team.
- Building relationships and stakeholder management across different departments
- Clearly outline & present plan and future goals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Tactical thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals and translate them into executional steps.
- Strong experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Nice to haves: - Experience with basic/intermediate SQL.
- Experience with Tableau Creator.
