A trip usually starts with a flight. The Flights team's mission is to offer a wide selection of flights, great value for money and the easiest end-to-end booking experience. We partner with our Strategic partner Etraveli Group to make our mission a reality and have ambitious goals over the next years.
The Flights Business Operations Associate is primarily responsible for implementing the necessary processes and structure to ensure the department achieves its goals and operates smoothly, effectively, and efficiently.
This role involves supporting the execution of day-to-day operations and establishing an effective "rhythm of business" between the Flights Team and our Strategic Partners.
You will support all partner facing business operations activities (such as planning, QBRs), and implement and optimize processes for scaling the partnership, aid in measuring and reporting health and performance for business reviews and drive solutions to medium complexity problems in partnership with involved parties
The role will report to the Strategic Partnership Operations Manager and be based in a small team in our Stockholm office.
What you will do:
- Identify and drive the set-up, kick-off and execution of new/improved business as usual processes between B.com Flights, internal stakeholders and our Strategic Partner
- Support all partner facing activities with our strategic partner
- Own the collection, analysis and action plan for partnership health topics
- Drive process improvements
- Drive change management within the Flights department to adopt new processes and ways of working
- Run medium complexity projects and initiatives related to our Strategic Partner
Who you are:
- You have strong operational skills
- You have experience of building and optimising business processes
- You have project management skills
- You are a fast learner
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You are proactive and able to identify process improvements opportunities
- You have good commercial awareness and are able to understand basics of business drivers
- You are comfortable working with teams and stakeholders based in different locations (Amsterdam, Stockholm, London and Athens)
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
- You are able to summarize complex information in a simple manner
- You have great written and verbal presentation skills
- You have experience of working with an external partner

- Experience in project management
- Experience of process improvements and change management
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing at management level (up to Director)
- Strong communication skills
Requirements:
- The role could require some business travel to our Strategic partner (Sweden - Stockholm, Greece - Athens) around once per quarter.
