About Home & Growth
The Home & new Growth team is a new team within the Commercial Growth and Operations Department (CoGo). The team is an accountable and single-threaded owner for the Home, Families, and other key growth segments. The team is responsible for defining, executing, and monitoring relevant strategies and plans to drive a "step-change" in growth from untapped opportunities. The team's primary objective is to 'crack the code' and unlock new growth within our core segments.
Role Overview
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Data Analysis & Reporting Works independently on data collection and preparation. Builds dashboards and reporting that help the Digital Partner Experience teams understand performance. Performs analysis to deep-dive business challenges or opportunities, on request and on your own initiative. Delivers reports and analyses with clear and actionable insights. Ensures work is documented with the aim of being reproducible by others in the analytics community.
- Commercial Excellence Uses past experience to translate business problems into data stories and performs ad-hoc analysis, scenarios, and benchmarking when needed. Produces intelligence through data analysis to assist commercial specialists.
- Innovation Is flexible in adopting and proposing new approaches and expanding their technical competencies when a more efficient way presents itself. Proactively identifies and communicates dependencies or possible hurdles to their work with solution-oriented approaches. Identifies challenges, opportunities, and action items to improve data quality and consistency.
- Business Impact Has a clear understanding of, and influence on, the business impact of their individual projects. Can connect the value of their work to internal/external customers. Creates consistent reporting to showcase results and business impact on different projects.
- Stakeholder Management Manages stakeholders largely autonomously (seeking for help in complex scenarios). Communicates effectively, collaboratively, and challenges constructively to create rapport and establish trust. Collaborates with peers in their craft and supports initiatives for data quality and stability. Actively helps and supports their teammates, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Third Party Data Vendor Relations Be able work with third party data; ensuring the data they provide is seamlessly integrated into our day-to-day operations

Role Qualifications and Requirements
- Highly organized with the ability to set priorities, develop and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with good attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Driven and results-oriented personality.
- 3+ years (Bachelor degree) or 1+ years (Master degree) of relevant job knowledge.
- Experience in business intelligence, translating complex business scenarios into actionable metrics.
- Knowledge and experience on data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Knowledge and experience with at least one data analysis language (e.g., R, SQL, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Exposure to online travel, technology, or e-commerce industries a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit and thriving in ambiguous situations
