Role Title: Account Manager - Global Corporate Partnership, Gurugram

Role Overview

The Account Manager - Global Corporate Partnerships owns and grows a portfolio of B2B demand partners (e.g., TMCs, GDS/OBT/tech platforms, wholesalers and aggregators) and sources new strategic accounts in the region. You will run end-to-end Account Management and Business Development motions, selling the full Booking.com product suite (accommodations and Connected Trip) and coordinating with Booking Holdings brands when appropriate to deliver partner value and incremental growth.

Based in New Delhi, you'll execute commercial strategy, own operational delivery across the partner lifecycle (onboarding, enablement, optimization, renegotiation, and retention), and collaborate cross-functionally with central Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to unlock scalable performance outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Run recurring, data-driven health assessments, identify growth initiatives, and execute plans to lift production; lead QBRs and pipeline/forecast reviews to ensure long-term success and renewals.
  • Build senior relationships (incl. C-level) and negotiate standard commercial structures that align partner objectives with Booking.com goals.
  • Drive product adoption across Booking.com's portfolio (accommodations and Connected Trip) and coordinate cross-brand opportunities with Priceline, Rocketmiles, Agoda where relevant.
  • Source, qualify, and win new corporate/B2B demand partners through market/vertical research, prospecting, solution framing, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and launch.
  • Maintain a robust, prioritized pipeline with clear stakeholder maps, next steps, and probability-weighted forecasts; deliver to quarterly targets.

  • Plan and execute GTM initiatives and seasonal campaigns with partners; align messaging, assets, and measurement to commercial goals.
  • Support multiple integration patterns (e.g., OBT/GDS connections, APIs, cobrands/whitelabels, tracking links), coordinating onboarding, QA, and activation with technical and ops teams.
  • Liaise effectively with Manchester and Amsterdam central teams (Product, Ops, Analytics/FPA) to remove blockers, instrument reporting, and scale best practices across the region.
  • Represent the partner and customer voice internally; attend industry events to strengthen market network and intelligence.


Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 4-8 years' experience across account management and/or business development in corporate/B2B travel, tech, or e-commerce (TMC, GDS/OBT/tech, wholesalers/aggregators exposure preferred).
  • Strong commercial skill set: consultative needs assessment, solution structuring, standard deal negotiation, and senior stakeholder management (incl. C-level).
  • Data-driven operator with strong quantitative/analytical skills; comfortable turning insight into action plans and measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills (1:1 to large group; internal and external); proactive, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative across regions and central teams.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and organized; able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong network internally.
  • Solution oriented and result driven. Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Data-literate: able to interpret dashboards, investigate anomalies, and drive tactical improvements.
  • Familiarity with AI or automation tools to manage communications, insights, or workflows is a strong plus.
  • Extended and valuable network.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with a proactive approach to partner engagement and internal collaboration.
  • Fluent in English spoken and written with one or two additional languages a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel ~30% as needed for partner and industry engagements.
