About this role

Aladdin Client Transformation (ACT) is a part of the Aladdin Client Business and is responsible for delivering solutions and implementing our software for our customers. The Aladdin Client Transformation team works with both Public and Private markets clients, through our diverse solution offerings.

Through close collaboration with our customers, we implement our solutions through dedicated projects. This allows our team to connect with our clients and ensure our solutions fit their day-to-day activities, while we bring the best practices from the market.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated clientfacing consultant to join a client implementation and solutions team supporting complex transformation engagements in Alternatives investment management and financial space.

This is a deliveryoriented role combining solution implementation, data & reporting, and handson delivery coordination. Consultants in this role are expected to take ownership of defined scopes of work, from requirements and design through build, testing, and client readiness, while actively managing dependencies, risks, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Liaise with the project managers, clients, consultants, and IT teams to gather and assist in defining detailed requirements and functional and technical specifications for reporting aspects of implementation projects.

• Own delivery of defined workstreams or solution components within client implementations

• Work directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions

• Plan and structure work: define scope, sequence activities, identify dependencies, and track progress

• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (consultants, engineers, QA, product, operations) to ensure smooth execution

• Actively manage risks, issues, and tradeoffs, escalating when appropriate

• Contribute to solution design, configuration, reporting, data validation, or integrations, depending on expertise

• Support testing activities and ensure outputs meet quality and client expectations

• Prepare and maintain delivery documentation, status updates, and clientready materials

• Manage multiple projects in parallel.

• Support other team members.

• Document all work to a high professional standard.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (ie. Computer Science, Computer Engineering)

• Experience in a consulting, implementation, delivery, or clientfacing role

• Prior experience as Consultant in Finance domain

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

• Ability to operate across business, functional, and technical topics

• Comfort owning delivery responsibilities and working in complex environments

• Strong communication skills and client presence

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams

• Technical proficiency in range of technologies, eg. .NET (VB, C#, ASP.NET), SQL, Base SAS, SPSS, or Python

• Keen interest or background in Financial Services, Private Equity

• English mandatory, other language is a plus.
