Job Description

  • 合同的整理和归集；Collect and file contract hardcopies
  • 按要求维护合同主文档；Maintain contract master file
  • 将已签订的合同按要求上传至合同管理系统；Upload existing contracts to contract management system.

Qualifications

  • 本科或研究生；full-time undergraduate or above
  • 工作认真细致；Demonstrated ability to work carefully and meticulously
  • 良好的沟通协调能力；Strong ability for communication and coordination
  • 熟练使用常用办公软件；Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
