Sr. Value Access & HEOR Manager
About This Role:
The Sr. Value Access & HEOR Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of market access strategies for our key assets within the LAS region, encompassing Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and the Global and Regional Market Access Teams to ensure all market access projects and deliverables are tailored to meet country-specific requirements. Your strategic insights will drive the adaptation of Product Value propositions, RWE, epidemiology, economic evidence, and pricing recommendations, ultimately enhancing the value our products bring to the market. This position is integral to aligning market access strategies with global objectives while ensuring local execution excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement local Access Strategies for key products across Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.
- Create and adapt local Value Proposition and communication strategies for diverse stakeholders in LAS countries.
- Ensure optimal price positioning for each product and clearly articulate the pricing strategy rationale.
- Design, develop, and source economic and value tools for effective communication with internal and external clients.
- Develop Market Access Value Proposition Technical Dossiers and presentations for Health Technology Assessments.
- Execute Health Economic Models, EPI Tools, and Real World Evidence Projects related to our portfolio in LAS.
- Provide insights on macroeconomic, health economics, and reimbursement for new business development opportunities.
- Support Key Account Managers by preparing and executing comprehensive training plans for various assets.
Who You Are:
You are a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, particularly in market access and HEOR. Your ability to communicate effectively and navigate various local markets makes you an asset. You are empathetic towards patient needs and demonstrate high integrity and ethical standards. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven experience in market access and HEOR.
- Strong business acumen related to the pharma/biotech industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strategic and innovative thinking with business-oriented and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and networking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- MBA or postgraduate studies in relevant fields.
- Experience in government affairs roles within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborative skills with a focus on teamwork and partnership.
