About This Role
As a Sr. Associate, Product Marketing - Specialty, you will be a vital part of our Specialty Marketing team, focusing on our Multiple Sclerosis (MS) portfolio, particularly Tysabri in Argentina and Chile. Your primary responsibility will be to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring the brand's strong positioning and achievement of business objectives. By collaborating closely with the Sr Product Manager, you will enhance our marketing initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute to Biogen's strategic goals in the LATAM South region. This role involves working on key projects, managing promotional materials, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our marketing plans and compliance with regulatory standards.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional tactics for Tysabri and MS portfolio.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives such as scientific events, webinars, forums, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal policies during project management and execution.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and approval flow of promotional materials.
- Monitor performance indicators, trends, and competition; generate reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams like Sales, Compliance, and Medical.
- Track budgets, estimate required operational expenses, and support administrative processes.
- Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies and local regulations.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with tactical and digital marketing, analytical tools, and CRM systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in specialty areas such as Neurology, MS, or rare diseases.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
