About This Role:

As a Sr. Analyst, Compliance Monitoring II based in Warsaw, Poland, you will join the GBS Compliance Control Tower team, focusing on Compliance Monitoring activities in close collaboration with the GBS and Compliance Monitoring Global Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct Compliance Monitoring and ensure adherence to internal processes, SOPs, Policies, and external industry guidelines. You will play a crucial role in documenting results, networking with Compliance Officers and Standards & Governance Officers across different geographies and functions, and reporting outcomes regularly. This position is pivotal in providing effective support and service-oriented interactions with stakeholders, while also offering training and informal guidance to team members. You will investigate complex samples, proactively design solutions, and ensure quality results. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting and monitoring KPIs and metrics for Compliance Monitoring activities, aligning with established service level agreements (SLAs).

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct compliance monitoring related to Business Courtesies, Transparency, Training, and High-Risk Vendors.
  • Assess adherence to internal processes, SOPs, Policies, and external industry guidelines.
  • Document compliance monitoring results thoroughly and accurately.
  • Network effectively with Compliance Officers and Standards & Governance Officers globally.
  • Report compliance monitoring results on a regular basis.
  • Provide effective governance support for the Compliance Program.
  • Offer service-oriented support in interactions with various stakeholders.
  • Provide training and informal guidance for team members.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling complex samples.
  • Investigate and analyze solutions, implementing them proactively.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, ensuring quality results.
  • Manage IT governance and data validation activities.

Who You Are:

You thrive in a dynamic environment, bringing a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills. You are well-organized, able to prioritize competing demands, and possess strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and assess their impact on business processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders across all business levels is essential, alongside your proficiency in MS Word, PPT, and Excel. You are an independent worker, capable of managing diverse matters while collaborating with the broader business across various geographies and functions.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English and at least one other language.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or business governance roles like Audit or GxP.
  • Solid understanding of business and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and assess business impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in investigating and analyzing improvements and corrective actions.
  • Ability to implement solutions proactively.
  • Strong inter-personal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
