工作职责

• 市场拓展与客户关系管理:
  • 负责指定区域内（杭州综合医院等、温州 以及嘉兴、湖州、绍兴、衢州）医院的开发与维护，建立并保持良好的合作关系，提高产品覆盖率和市场份额。
  • 按公司要求定期拜访客户，了解需求，及时反馈市场信息，为客户提供专业的医学知识和产品信息，解答客户疑问，协助解决客户使用产品过程中遇到的问题。
  • 客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，通过优质的服务和专业的推广，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。
• 销售目标达成
  • 制定并执行个人销售计划，确保完成公司下达的销售任务，达成年度、季度和月度销售目标。
  • 分析所属市场动态和销售数据，及时调整销售策略，优化销售流程，提高销售效率和业绩。
  • 参与公司组织的各类销售活动和市场推广项目，积极推广公司产品，提升品牌知名度和市场影响力。
• 产品知识与学术推广
  • 深入学习和掌握公司产品和相关疾病的相关知识，包括药理作用、临床应用、不良反应、竞品对比等，能够准确、清晰地向客户传达产品的优势和特点。
  • 严格按照合规要求，协助公司开展合理合法的学术推广活动，如科室会、区域会等，邀请专家进行产品讲解和学术交流，提升客户对产品的认知度和认可度。
• 团队协作与支持
  • "积极主动"与市场部、医学部、准入等跨部门紧密合作，及时反馈客户需求和市场信息，共同制定策略和改进方案，确保公司资源的高效利用和协同作战。
  • 完成上级领导交待的其他工作，积极参与公司组织的各项活动。

任职要求

• 大专及以上学历，医药相关专业优先考虑；5年以上医药行业销售经验，有罕见病或外企医药公司工作背景更佳，对工作满怀激情与信心。
• 熟悉外企医药市场环境和销售模式，倾向神经内科或儿科领域产品经验；知晓临床用药规范及医疗行业相关政策法规，能精准把握公司业务重点并高效执行。
• 结果导向意识强，有结构化策略思维和全局观，可快速制定并落实销售策略；擅长维护和跟进KOL客户，主动开拓新业务增长点，如扩大客户覆盖范围的沟通、谈判及人际交往能力，注重团队合作；
• 责任心强，工作积极主动，适应高频出差与较大工作压力；
• 追求自我价值实现，看重职业长期发展；有良好的职业道德和诚信品质，严格遵守公司合规要求、工作流程及行业规范。
• 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，能制作专业销售文档与演示文稿。
