Senior IT Business Partner for Patient Engagement
About This Role:
As a Senior IT Business Partner for Biogen's patient engagement initiatives, you will play a crucial role in primarily supporting patient services across all franchises. In this dynamic position, you will act as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding. Your expertise in end-to-end patient engagement processes, will empower you to drive technology efforts that build and scale patient engagement solutions. You will work closely with franchise leadership, Patient Services, Patient Access, and External Growth & Innovation teams to co-develop and execute a comprehensive digital and technology roadmap. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of patient engagement at Biogen, ensuring that innovative solutions are developed and implemented to enhance patient support and care.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the patient engagement process expert by building deep knowledge of current support systems including Heath Cloud.
- Bridge business and technical teams by translating functional requirements needs into detailed technical requirements.
- Develop and execute the patient engagement technology roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Drive pilot programs by planning, testing, and refining initiatives alongside cross-functional teams and technical architects.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and facilitate workshops, demos, and training.
- Ensure readiness for launch by tracking progress against critical timelines and coordinating system integrations.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, digital product management, business analysis, or CRM implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and manage delivery through cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of patient support processes and familiarity with specialty therapies or pharmaceutical patient services.
- Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements for patient data.
- Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders as well as ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or similar platforms.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $133,000.00-$178,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
