Power BI Developer
About This Role:
As a Power BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and supporting the US Data Visualization & Reporting capability as part of the US Data Strategy for the US Commercial Organization. You will be a crucial member of the US Data team, driving the US Commercial digital and analytics strategies by crafting data solutions that maximize our data assets. Your primary focus will be to provide actionable insights, deliver self-service analytics products and tools, and innovate data solutions in collaboration with internal analytics stakeholders. In this position, you will lead the development of interactive reports, dashboards, and KPIs for the US Data Team, supporting performance reporting and leadership execution across all therapeutic areas within the US organization. As a partner to the US Data Team, you will streamline monthly reporting and lead ad hoc analytics use cases, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders in CE&O, Finance, and IT management. Your expertise will be vital in continuously developing skillsets and talent, building industry-best practices, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. This role is key to enhancing business performance through compelling insights drawn from data, analytics, and insights.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and publish new Power BI reports and dashboards, while working on enhancements.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable reporting frameworks and models for KPI visualization.
- Utilize industry-standard business intelligence tools to formulate metrics and create data quality management assessments.
- Conduct training sessions for other Power BI users, as necessary.
- Design and update methodology and project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and gain an in-depth understanding of company processes.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
- Follow quality assurance and control processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.
- Develop Power Automate flows.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

Required Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a business or science-related field (e.g., Business Management, Finance, Data Science, Engineering).
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Technical capabilities with MS Office, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables, Charts, and vlookup/xlookup).
- 3+ years of experience working directly with Power BI, including developing, publishing, and scheduling reports.
- Experience with writing and debugging SQL queries.
- Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Ability to integrate reporting components from multiple data sources.
- Effective analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in optimizing dashboards for usability, performance, and standardization.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
- Pharmaceutical commercial data expertise.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data assets and vendors; knowledge of commercial analytics in small specialty markets is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.
- Passion for data visualization.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł136,000.00-zł181,750.00
