Patient Services - Reporting Analyst

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years' experience with data analysis and business intelligence.
• Technical proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and all MS Office products, with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate level of SQL - ability to read and adjust queries.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and present to leadership and stakeholders.
• Action-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Pharmaceutical background is an asset.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Working experience in a shared service environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
