About this Role

The Partnership Lead serves as Biogen's primary point of contact across Neuropsychiatry and Neurology points of care within an assigned territory. This field-based position drives the appropriate use of Biogen therapies and services, enhances the patient and customer experience, and supports franchise growth through strategic account engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Increase identification and capture of patients appropriate for Biogen therapies and support future product launches.


  • Promote and differentiate Biogen's therapeutic portfolio, programs, services, and technologies.


  • Develop and execute territory plans, identifying critical success factors and mobilizing resources to achieve objectives.


  • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Market Access, and other partners to address customer needs.


  • Identify educational opportunities and support value-added learning initiatives that improve disease management for healthcare professionals and patients.


  • Analyze account performance, manage territory budgets, and complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.


  • Maintain advanced knowledge of disease states, clinical practice, Biogen products, and the competitive landscape.


  • Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

You are a highly motivated, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a dynamic specialty environment. You build trusted relationships, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and work collaboratively across functions to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and patients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.


  • Preferred 5 years of successful field sales experience within a competitive specialty, sub-specialty, or biotechnology market.


  • Experience launching products in the field preferred.


  • Strong customer engagement, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


  • Advanced territory management, account planning, and analytical capabilities.


  • Consultative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.


  • Experience leveraging omnichannel engagement, including in-person and digital interactions preferred.


  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 40-50%, including overnight travel.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Neuropsychiatry, Neurology, and/or rare diseases.


  • French language proficiency.


  • Early adopter of digital tools, platforms, and technologies.

The expected salary range for this position is $114.000 to $152,000 and includes eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
