About This Role: As the Partnership Lead for Specialty in Ontario, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of Biogen's brands and services within the Neuropsychiatry and Neurology sectors. Your primary responsibility is to enhance the patient journey and customer experience, ultimately supporting revenue growth across your assigned territory. You will serve as Biogen's main point of contact for Neuropsychiatry and Neurology points of care, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access. By assessing account needs and developing action plans, you will deliver coordinated customer engagement and contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you are a vital member of the Specialty team, ensuring that Biogen's offerings are effectively promoted and differentiated.

What You'll Do:

  • Increase the capture of patients suitable for Biogen therapies and accelerate the adoption of future brands.
  • Promote and differentiate Biogen's suite of offerings, including therapeutic portfolios, programs, services, and technologies.
  • Define critical success factors for the territory and execute the territory plan, mobilizing appropriate resources.
  • Lead identification of educational needs in key accounts and support value-add initiatives to enhance disease management.
  • Analyze, track, and report account performance, managing the allocated territory activity budget timely.
  • Maintain best-in-class knowledge, demonstrating industry-leading understanding of disease states, products, and clinical practices.
  • Perform company business in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training to advance knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Utilize an omnichannel approach to access customers, leveraging both in-person and digital communication tools.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of successful field sales achievements in a competitive sub-specialty/biotech market.
  • Experience in launching products at the field level.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with superior territory management acumen.
  • Consultative approach to problem-solving in new situations.
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in French an asset.
  • Willingness to travel 40% to 50% of the time, with some overnight travel required.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Neuropsychiatry, Neurology, and/or rare diseases.
  • Ability to work across multiple digital platforms and early adoption of new systems/applications.
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding annual brand performance objectives.

The expected salary range for this position is $114,000 to 152,250 and is eligible for a discretionary sales bonus of up to $30,000.

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
