Office Coordinator/Student worker (12-Month Contract, 15-20h/week) - Norway
About This Role: As an Office Coordinator/student worker, you will be a pivotal part of our team in Norway, working 15-20 hours a week during office hours of 8-17. This is a 12-month contract position.
This role is instrumental in managing the daily operations of the office, collaborating closely with the Nordic Office Manager, and supporting both employees and management. Your primary goal will be to foster a productive and efficient work environment. With a diverse range of responsibilities, from overseeing office operations to liaising with IT support, you will ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace. Yor contributions will be vital in creating a dynamic and organized atmosphere that enhances the overall business structure and facilitates seamless interactions among stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee weekly office operations in collaboration with the Nordic Office Manager to ensure a productive work environment.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for the arrival of products such as computers, phones, and other office supplies.
- Monitor office inventory and ensure timely re-stocking of supplies.
- Serve as the point of contact for the building receptionist and janitor, especially in case of emergencies or facility-related issues.
- Maintain communication with IT support and ensure access to IT facilities.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues with printers or other IT equipment to maximize functionality.
- Play an active role in onboarding new employees in the Norway office.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees, management, and external parties in Norway.
- Participate in monthly meetings with the Nordic Office Manager to provide updates and align on priorities.
- Collaborate with the office receptionist and the Nordic Office Manager to conduct safety drills.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.

- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in facility management.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance.
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and support.
