Il National Sales Manager è responsabile della pianificazione, gestione e sviluppo delle attività commerciali della BU Rare con l'obiettivo di massimizzare il fatturato e il profitto.

Coordina il team dei Care Managers (ISFs), definisce strategie commerciali e monitora le performance per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

Responsabilità principali

  • Definire e implementare strategie commerciali efficaci
  • Gestire, motivare e sviluppare il team
  • Stabilire obiettivi commerciali (KPI) e monitorarne i risultati
  • Sviluppare una conoscenza approfondita delle priorità, dei processi, delle esigenze di business degli stakeholder, nonché dei fattori abilitanti e delle barriere all'utilizzo dei farmaci del portfolio raro
  • Analizzare il mercato e individuare nuove opportunità di business
  • Supportare i Care Managers affinché garantiscano una gestione efficace delle relazioni con i clienti chiave
  • Preparare report e forecast periodici
  • Collaborare con marketing e altri dipartimenti Biogen per allineare le strategie
  • Ottimizzare l'utilizzo degli strumenti CRM.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche o affini, preferibile se in linea con i requisiti previsti per l 'informazione scientifica del farmaco
  • Solida esperienza in ruoli commerciali
  • Solida Esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo delle persone
  • Forte orientamento ai risultati e al cliente
  • Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti anche presso la sede di Milano
  • Capacità di leadership e gestione del team
  • Ottime capacità analitiche e organizzative.
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti CRM e del pacchetto Office
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale una conoscenza approfondita e strategica del mercato delle malattie rare
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
