Marketing Coordinator Rare Diseases

About This Role: as a Marketing Coordinator for Rare Diseases at Biogen, you will join the dynamic Rare Disease Marketing team, playing a coordinator role in both strategic and tactical processes throughout your contract year. You will actively collaborate and learn with the franchise's marketing team, participating progressively to the development and execution of various marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate in the development of strategic and tactical business plans.
• Support marketing projects and external events at national level, ensuring strategic consistency and excellence in execution.
• Participate in the creation of promotional materials.
• Engage in the execution of internal national meetings, coordinating training for the field team and managing logistical aspects.
• Work closely with various external and internal stakeholders and the field team to share relevant insights and transform them into opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree. Preference in life science, marketing or business administration. (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing-sales or a related function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous internship contract. Must have completed studies less than 3 years ago.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with Veeva or similar CRM systems.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Contrato para la obtención de la práctica profesional con duración de 1 año.

Salario : 30.000€ anuales + beneficios

Podrá concertarse con quienes estuviesen en posesión de un título universitario o de un título de grado medio o superior, especialista, máster profesional o certificado del sistema de formación profesional, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio, de las Cualificaciones y de la Formación Profesional, así como con quienes posean un título equivalente de enseñanzas artísticas o deportivas del sistema educativo, que habiliten o capaciten para el ejercicio de la actividad laboral.

El contrato de trabajo para la obtención de práctica profesional deberá concertarse dentro de los tres años, o de los cinco años si se concierta con una persona con discapacidad, siguientes a la terminación de los correspondientes estudios.

En el caso de personas que hayan realizado sus estudios en el extranjero, dicho cómputo se efectuará desde la fecha del reconocimiento u homologación del título en España, cuando tal requisito sea exigible para el ejercicio profesional.
