Marketing & Value & Access Associate (12-Month Contract)
The Marketing & Value & Access Associate will support the execution of marketing and Value & Access (V&A) strategies across the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) portfolio, with a particular focus on Tysabri SC, as well as Rare Diseases initiatives targeting healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital pharmacists.
This role contributes to the development and implementation of impactful marketing programs, V&A materials, stakeholder engagement activities, and omnichannel initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will help deliver innovative tactics aligned with brand objectives, support customer engagement activities, and ensure operational excellence across all projects.
The position involves collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and hospital pharmacists, while contributing to projects that enhance awareness, education, and patient access. The Associate will also partner closely with the field force by providing tactical support, scientific training materials, and presentations for cycle meetings and other business activities.
Additionally, the role supports the execution of omnichannel and digital engagement initiatives across all brands, ensuring compliance and effective implementation of customer-facing activities. A strong understanding of internal processes, systems, and regulatory requirements will be essential for success.

Principal Accountabilities
- Support strategic marketing initiatives through market analysis, customer insights, segmentation, positioning, and identification of business opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of campaigns, promotional materials, educational programs, congress activities, and national projects.
- Collaborate with the field force to provide operational support and deliver solutions that address customer and business needs.
- Support omnichannel engagement activities, including digital content, virtual educational events, email campaigns, and field-force materials.
- Contribute to Value & Access initiatives by supporting the development of value dossiers, access materials, and projects for both current and future therapies.
- Assist with planning and coordination of marketing and V&A activities, including budget tracking and management in line with affiliate objectives.
- Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal processes.
Minimum Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or another relevant discipline.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, product management, or a related commercial function.
- Experience in Neurology, CNS, or Rare Diseases is preferred but not required
