LATAM Digital & Omnichannel Engagement Lead
About This Role
As the LATAM Digital & Omnichannel Engagement Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our digital and omnichannel strategy across the LATAM region. This pivotal role requires you to ensure that all channels operate in a cohesive, consistent, and results-driven manner. By aligning marketing, medical, commercial, and data teams, you will drive the evolution of our digital model towards a more integrated, measurable, and scalable framework. You will be at the forefront of insight-driven decision-making, ensuring that our digital initiatives translate into impactful results for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. This role is integral to maximizing digital reach, streamlining processes, and enhancing our engagement strategies, positioning you as a key player in the region's strategic business landscape.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic business partner, translating business needs into digital initiatives focused on HCPs and patients.
- Define and prioritize the omnichannel strategy by therapeutic area and country to maximize synergies.
- Maximize digital reach through end-to-end campaign orchestration and customer journeys.
- Enable scalable experiences for HCPs and patients using marketing technology platforms and data.
- Manage content creation, governance, and media-mix definition to ensure message consistency.
- Lead performance measurement and foster a culture of experimentation and optimization.

Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency for global team interaction.
- 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, omnichannel, or customer engagement roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Experience in journey orchestration, digital campaign optimization, CRM and marketing automation management, and multichannel strategy design.
- Stakeholder management and influence without formal authority.
- Strong organization and structured planning capabilities.
- Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making.
