About this Role

The Intern, Commercial - Alzheimer's Disease is a motivated and detail-oriented individual who will join our team in a dynamic role bridging Project Management and Product Management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with external partners, and supporting strategic activities across key therapeutic areas, including Alzheimer's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis (with approximately 70% of the role focused on Alzheimer's Disease).

Duration: 12 months

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects and product-related initiatives
  • Coordinate collaboration with external partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines
  • Assist in the organization and development of internal materials (presentations, reports, toolkits)
  • Act as a coordination point for country-level requests, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up
  • Contribute to the development and organization of a Center of Excellence for Alzheimer's and Multiple Sclerosis activities
  • Help streamline workflows and processes by leveraging AI tools and digital solutions
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple internal stakeholders and departments
  • Provide general project and operational support to ensure efficient execution of ongoing initiatives

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in project management, product management, and healthcare innovation
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
  • High level of motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools and their application to improve efficiency and workflows
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
