About This Role:

As an HR Manager, you will lead the delivery of HR professional services across the UKI organization, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You will ensure effective execution of the annual HR programs calendar, manage employee relations matters, and drive compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Your role is pivotal in delivering a consistent employee experience, providing data-driven insights, and supporting key people initiatives. You will focus on reviewing and improving HR processes, building a robust foundation for HR operations, and ensuring efficient delivery of core activities across the employee lifecycle. By partnering with diverse service delivery centres, vendors, and partners, you will ensure high standards of service delivery within the business structure.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the primary HR operational lead across the UK and Ireland, partnering with Global Business Services (GBS) and Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Partner with people managers to deliver effective and compliant HR solutions.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and practices.
  • Support the annual people and talent processes according to the global HR calendar across the sites.
  • Manage visa and right-to-work processes, including accurate tracking and timely renewals.
  • Generate functional reports for People Surveys and facilitate actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure HR information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to managers and employees.
  • Coach people managers on best practices and policies.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and team effectiveness.
  • Review existing HR operational processes to identify improvements.
  • Manage employee relations cases, providing advice aligned with employment law.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning activities.
  • Coordinate annual benefits renewals and implementation activities.
  • Manage statutory and voluntary HR disclosures and reporting requirements.
  • Act as the HR partner for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), promoting inclusion and engagement.

Who You Are:

You are an experienced HR professional with a consultative and proactive approach, ready to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively execute and deliver HR services across multiple locations. Your deep understanding of HR operational processes and employment law equips you to guide and manage grievances, performance improvement plans, and disciplinaries with confidence. You excel at documenting processes clearly and defining ownership, ensuring consistent execution across HR operations. Your analytical skills allow you to translate data into actionable insights, supporting organizational change and transformation. You are independent, capable of driving execution across different projects while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or industrial/organizational psychology, business, or similar related field.
  • Relevant experience in an HR Advisor, Associate, Manager, or consulting role supporting multiple locations and/or functions.
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge and up to date employment law awareness.
  • Experience supporting and guiding on grievances, performance improvement plans, redundancies and disciplinaries.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and create practical guidance for consistent execution.
  • Experience applying process improvement and governance principles.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters and advising leaders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical capability for translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation.
  • Ability to work independently and drive execution and delivery of multiple priorities across different projects.
